Terms of Service

Section 01
Use of the service
Lead Gatherer helps users create local-business searches and export business contact information. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and respecting third-party site terms, privacy rights, and anti-spam rules.
Section 02
Account responsibility
You are responsible for account activity, API keys, team members, campaigns, exports, and any outreach performed from downloaded data. Keep credentials secure and revoke API keys that are no longer used.
Section 03
Limits and availability
Plans include limits for delivered leads, active searches, team seats, campaigns, and API access. We may throttle, pause, or reject jobs that create excessive load, violate acceptable use, or risk service stability.
Section 04
Data and exports
Results are generally retained for 365 days. You should download exports you need before they expire. Account deletion removes account access but does not automatically erase records that must be retained for security, legal obligations, shared workspace continuity, or the integrity of the platform's business-information index.
Section 05
No guarantee
Research results may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, blocked, or inaccurate. Lead Gatherer is provided without a guarantee of lead quality, revenue, deliverability, or uninterrupted operation.
Section 06
Service ownership
Lead Gatherer and its software, interfaces, documentation, and branding remain the property of the service operator. You retain responsibility for the search instructions, campaign context, notes, and other content you submit.
Section 07
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when an account creates security risk, violates acceptable use, exceeds service safeguards, or fails to meet applicable payment obligations. Users should export records they are permitted to retain before closing an account.
Section 08
Operator and disputes
The operator address, legal contact, governing law, and jurisdiction are not yet fully published. Ask the service owner for the complete terms before purchasing a subscription.
