Allowed use
Use Lead Gatherer for lawful business research, prospecting, market mapping, and internal sales operations where you have a legitimate basis to process and contact business prospects.
Section 02
Prohibited use
Do not use the service for unlawful data collection, credential collection, harassment, spam, sensitive personal data collection, residential targeting, evasion of technical restrictions, or activity that harms third-party services.
Section 03
Outreach compliance
You are responsible for honoring unsubscribe requests, checking do-not-contact requirements, identifying yourself accurately, and following laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, ePrivacy, and local equivalents where they apply.
Section 04
Load and abuse controls
We may limit campaign creation, API calls, retries, or processing capacity to protect the platform. Attempts to bypass limits may result in suspension.
Section 05
Review and suspension
Accounts, jobs, API keys, campaigns, or exports may be reviewed, paused, deleted, or suspended if they appear risky, abusive, or harmful to service reliability.
