Privacy Policy

Last updated September 17, 2026

This policy explains the information Lead Gatherer processes and how it is used.

Section 01

Information we process

We process account details, team membership, billing identifiers when billing is enabled, API keys, activity logs including security-related IP information, search jobs, campaign configuration, and generated business lead results.

Section 02

Business contact data

Research jobs may collect publicly available business information such as business names, addresses, websites, phone numbers, emails, social links, and contact form URLs. Collected public business details can update the shared lead library and become available to other customers. Private campaign history, notes, tags, and team activity are not shared through that library. Users are responsible for using exported contact data in compliance with applicable laws.

Section 03

How data is used

Data is used to operate the product, authenticate users, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, provide exports, troubleshoot jobs, and maintain security.

Section 04

Retention

Production job and result data is scheduled for deletion after 365 days unless a shorter period is required or a longer period is legally necessary. Backup copies expire on a separate protected schedule. Account, security, and transaction records may be retained as required for fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute handling.

Section 05

Third parties

The service may use infrastructure hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, proxy, error-monitoring, and uptime-monitoring providers. Providers receive only the information needed to deliver their service and are subject to contractual and security controls. Payment card handling is performed by the payment provider rather than stored directly in Lead Gatherer.

Section 06

Security

The application uses signed HTTP-only sessions, password hashing, workspace access checks, scoped API permissions, and request-rate controls. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users remain responsible for protecting their credentials and exported files.

Section 07

Privacy choices and requests

A privacy contact has not yet been published. Contact the service owner for help with a privacy request. Never include your password or API keys.

Section 08

Analytics and cookies

Essential session cookies support authentication. Product analytics may record page views, feature interactions, and workspace context needed to understand product use without storing payment card details.

Section 09

Operator, roles, and legal bases

The operator address and privacy contact are not yet fully published. Ask the service owner for these details before providing information to the service.
